Position: Service Manager (based in Shah Alam) Job Responsibility:
- Manage and responsible for Service operation & Aftermarket business of Service Dept
- Develop Aftermarket business according to Service KPIs
- Develop Service Team productivity and competency by managing and improving Service Team skill, knowledge and competency
- Lead the supervision of all service jobs especially planned job ensuring high quality of service standard to improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage service tools, facilities & etc to improve service effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop incentive to improve Service Team performance Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 - 5 years supervisory and/or managerial experience
- Similar working experience in industrial air compressors or related industrial equipment industry
- Excellent customer service & people management skills
Position: Sales Manager (based in Shah Alam) Job Responsibility:
- To cultivate strong relationship with business partner, key dealers and sales channel.
- To Co-ordinate directly with principal suppliers to meet market demands.
- To liaise direct with product principal and key dealers.
- Conducting presentations, proposals and follow up sales activities.
- To provide feedback and analysis on market competition, pricing and competitor analysis.
- To Evaluate the potential new market development.
- Any other job function which may be assigned from time to time. Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 - 5 years supervisory and/or managerial experience
- Similar working experience in industrial air compressors or related industrial equipment industry

Position: Project Engineer (based in Shah Alam) Job Responsibility:
- Manage and provide project supports i.e. M&E designs, schedule & planning, implementation and coordination according to customer requirements
- Work, liaise and manage with sub-contractors on the M&E requirements to ensure implementation as per customer requirements throughout the construction, completion stages, commissioning to hand-over
- Coordinate and manage all project jobs on schedule accordingly to customer requirements Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 – 3 in project management
- Similar working experience in industrial air compressors or related industrial equipment industry would be preferred
Position: Sales Engineer (based in Shah Alam) Job Responsibility:
- Develop new & maintain existing customers, promote FUSHENG compressed air product & solution to achieve sales revenue set for the given territory.
- Maintain good customer relationship with all existing customers and increase customer shares. Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Aggressively explore the given territory to identify new segments & new customers who could benefit from the assigned FUSHENG products, generate new sales opportunities.
- Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to identify and fulfill customers’ needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders.
- Gains customers’ acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements in using FUSHENG products.
- Periodically perform SWOT analysis for own territory, competition analysis, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
- Prepares sales activities reports timely and accurately by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends.
- Cooperate with credit & finance department to improve the performance of receivables collection & reduce overdue.
- Cooperate with service operation teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
